58th Annual Arkansas Folk FestivalEntertainment
Boasting 58 years, the annual Arkansas Folk Festival, takes place every third Saturday in April. Come join us in the beautiful Ozarks for a fun filled weekend with activities for all ages!
Activities include Music on the Square, craft vendors and tasty food vendors.
Arkansas Craft School is hosting several demonstrations by their extraordinary Artists Instructors, including Pottery with David Dahlstedt. Come by and watch his mesmerizing skill of transforming globs of clay into beautiful works of art. Dora Gonzalez will demonstrate Leathermaking and her intricate way of Wire Wrapping Arkansas crystals. Dana Finnimore will show the magical colors of Enameling and Metalsmithing.

Better yet, drop in to see the beautiful retail shop with art from ACS instructors and students. Arkansas Craft School is located on the Square in Mountain View at 101 N. Peabody Avenue and is open to the public Wednesday-Saturday, 10 am-4 pm.
While you are here don't forget to shop locally! Mountain View offers a wide variety of shops and boutiques. Mountain View is also home to the Arkansas Craft School, The Ozark Folk Center State Park, and Loco Ropes!
