This Form will allow ONLY Law Enforcement to be aware that you will be out of town for a period of time. This would allow Law Enforcement to conduct perimeter checks of your residence to detour criminal activity and promote safety and security of your residence. PLEASE NOTIFY LAW ENFORCEMENT OF YOUR EARLY RETURN OR IF DATES CHANGE WHILE TRAVELING.
In Special Instructions please list Vehicles that will remain on the property as well as anyone that may be gathering Mail, pet sitting etc.. or is authorized in and around your property while you are traveling
