Building Permit Fee:
- Heated Space $.10 per square foot
- Unheated Space $.05 per square foot(i.e.,storage,porch,carport)
- Commercial building fees are based on the total building cost and are calculated in office.
- Minimum building fee $25.00
Sign Permit Fee:
- Sign permit fee is $.50 per square foot
- Double sided signs are calculated on both sides
- Minimum sign fee $5.00
Plumbing Permit Fee:
- Residential plumbing fee inside city limits $45.00(unlimited inspections on current project)
- Residential plumbing fee inside city limits $25.00(single inspection)
- Residential plumbing fee outside city limits $60.00(unlimited inspections on current project)
- Residential plumbing fee outside city limits $35.00(single inspection)
- Commercial plumbing fee inside city limits $60.00(unlimited inspections on current project)
