UPDATE TO FEES - Effective September 1st 2025 the cost for a copy of an accident report will now be $15.00. This is due to the cost of printing statements and photographs. Incident Report will cost $5.00 each. Copies of incident reports can be obtained at the Mountain View Police Department office.

If you were involved in an Accident in the city limits and need a copy of the report click on the link below. There is a $10 fee to obtain a copy of this report. (see update above for price change) Please reference the MVPD incident number, location of accident and Date of Incident when searching for your report.

Private Property Accident reports will be generated on a RPS report system and a copy can be obtained from the Mountain View Police Department Office.
